Frankie has done such wonderful work to my crawlspace. It was wet and had a mess in there and I had some foundation issues. They did amazing work and it is so clean! My pest control guy was also impressed. He could not believe how much it had improved since he was here before. I would highly recommend Blugrass Restoration for any crawlspace work or mold treatment!

A+ Mold Medics did a great job on remediation of my crawl space. They removed the mold, reworked my main support beams, added another beam for extra support, sprayed mold treatment on the entire crawl space, and laid new 10 mil plastic. They even put in solar operated crawl space vents. After it was all done, they met me on a Saturday to do a quality check to ensure the work was to my liking and the owners liking. The crew was super nice and ensured all trash was picked up at the end of every day.
Found water under house. A+ mold medic was recommended to us, gave them a call and Frankie came out gave us a quote on Friday and started the next Monday. Workers cleaned up nightly. Work looks to have taken care of all issues. Would recommend them for all your water/ mold issues.

Frankie and his crew remodeled the house I currently live in the house was completely gutted and remodeled and they done a fantastic job Im highly satisfied for how it turned out after they were done I would deffintley recommend Bluegrass Remodeling and Restoration for any of your home repairs
Frank and his team did an excellent repair and remodel on my Mothers home in Newburgh IN A raccoon in the attic ripped up air ducts and chewed on copper AC pipes Franks team fixed the air ducts, repaired the leak and replaced the ceiling in the bedroom where there was water damage.
